RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. 
Should you receive a product from us that is incorrect, faulty or damaged, we are able to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and some photos of the item. Please note that all items must be returned to our warehouse unused to receive a refund or replacement. Severely damaged items will need to be reviewed further. Any shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when the product is incorrect, faulty or damaged. 

ADVERSE REACTIONS

In the unlikely event that one of our products has caused a reaction on your skin, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate further. Our products have an average shelf life of 12 months: we recommend ceasing use right away if your product has exceeded this period as we cannot guarantee the results after this time. 

 

Please review all product ingredients carefully prior to using. Sabun will not be held responsible for any adverse skin reaction that you may experience after using our products. This is not limited to allergies but also to pregnant women and those who are gluten intolerant. We always suggest for you to check with a physician before use if you are unsure.
