PRODUCT CARE

Our products are crafted with natural ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives, so a little extra care goes a long way. For the best experience, we recommend using them within 12 months—they’ll look, smell, and perform at their peak during this time.
 

Because our formulas are made with raw oils, butters, and salts, it’s natural for them to soften or melt when exposed to heat, humidity, or direct sunlight. To keep them fresh and stable, store your products in a cool (below 30°C / 86°F), dry, and well-ventilated space, away from direct sunlight and moisture.​

SOAPS
Did you know - You only need a little bit of to get a gorgeous, foaming lather? To help it last longer in the shower, rub directly onto a washcloth/loofa/soap saver bag to create a generous lather and apply to wet skin. 
After using, please allow the wet soap to drain and dry on a soap dish.

BATH SOAKS
Bath soaks naturally attract water and draw moisture from the air as it contains salts. To keep it dry and avoid any clumping, keep the container closed until you're ready to use them. Our bath soaks come in an air-tight glass jar or pouch.
 
BATH & BODY OILS
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 
As our body oils are from preservatives, please keep the lid tightly closed after every use to minimise air exposure.

DRY BODY BRUSHES
Crafted from sustainable beech wood and natural sisal fiber, our body brushes are designed for dry use. To preserve their quality, avoid submerging them in water or using them wet. To clean - rinse, pat dry and hang after use, with bristles pointing downwards.

KONJAC SPONGES

Made from the root of the konjac plant, our sponges are gentle, biodegradable, and ideal for daily cleansing. Rinse thoroughly after each use, squeeze out excess water (do not wring), and hang to air dry. If not used for a while, the sponge may appear dry or crimped—simply soak it in water for 10–15 minutes to restore its soft, spongy texture. Replace every 4 - 6 weeks for best results.

SOAP DISHES
To clean, rinse with water and remove any soap deposit on the surface. Then, wipe down with a towl or set aside to air dry. Please don't soak in water for long periods and avoid placing them near extreme heat to avoid cracking.
